Process Fault Intelligence

Process Fault Intelligence is provided through our ISX enhanced RoboProcessor. The RoboProcessor captures, tracks, and reports process failure data. Tracking the process failure data provides critical information that can be used to modify the rule set and add to the Resolution Logic, so Prodagio AP 5SX will better respond to unique scenarios.

Exception Automation

Prodagio's ISX platform automates exceptions and errant invoices by providing resolution suggestions in the form of "Fixlets". The Fixlet wizard walks you through any flaws on the invoice so errors are not overlooked while providing a consistent and correct solution for each exception.

Configurable Rules Engine

Using Process Fault Intelligence, companies can refine and expand and develop the rules in their User Configurable Rules Engine. Expanding your business rules creates new Fixlets as new scenarios are uncovered and created, allowing you to maximize the percentage of straight-through-processing and lower your total invoice processing costs.
