Review, approve, and reject invoices and other payables right from your mobile device. Prodagio M-SX seamlessly and securely integrates with Prodagio AP 5SX and your ERP system – allowing you to perform in-office duties whether you are in the airport or on the road.

Security and Compliance

All actions executed within Prodagio M-SX are completely trackable and auditable, ensuring security and SOX compliance, even from your mobile location. Additionally, login information is needed to access M-SX, and a password is required for all critical actions (just as it is in the desktop version of Prodagio AP 5SX), further ensuring sensitive data is accessible only to approved personnel.

Like and Follow

Prodagio M-SX introduces two unique social networking features into your everyday business agenda, which ensure you have both continuity and insight even while you are on the road. From your mobile device, you can “Follow” an invoice after approval, and receive an alert the moment that invoice gets paid. You can also “Like” or rate vendors involved with each invoice, providing valuable information to Purchasing.
