As an Administrator, it is important to be confident in your role within Prodagio AP. You are in control of the Prodagio AP user experience. You have the ability to turn on, turn off, and change features that will help your team be more productive and get the most out of the tool.

This Prodagio AP Administrator course is designed to optimize your confidence and proficiency as an Administrator of Prodagio AP. The course will include the following focus areas:

• Configuring the Business Processes - Covers configuring Prodagio AP to closely reflect your business processes and will cover tasks such as sequence management, basket management and security, invoice approval hierarchy, standard email message contents and server details, etc.
• Managing Users, Preferences and Profiles - Focuses on tasks that manage user preferences and profiles; such as display preferences based on user role, user profiles and department memberships, system profile and mapping departments for search, etc.
• Managing the System and Integration with Other Systems - Addresses exporting and restoring system configurations, connections to various external data sources (ERP) for field and lookup population, etc.
• Productivity Tools - Includes managing templates, recurring invoices and schedules, etc.
