About the Speakers:
Pat Frye is an attorney licensed to practice in five states and several federal courts. His expertise is complex business litigation, employment, construction, natural resources, and other commercial matters. Before entering private practice, he was a federal prosecutor in eastern Virginia and a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate. Pat received his undergraduate and law degrees from Duke University. He served as a member of the Duke Law Journal's Editorial Board.
Angela Coats, CPCM, is a contracts manager with extensive experience in both government and commercial sectors. She has managed multi-billion dollar contracts and programs for the government, Motorola and Boeing. Angie has expertise with governance, policies, procedures and process control.
