NASA Awards Team Memebers Group Achievement Award
NASA – National Aeronautics and Space Administration – has presented George Sofka and Kevin Halloran of Prodagio Software with the Group Achievement Award. This award is given to either a group of Government employees or a group comprised of both Government and non-Government personnel for an outstanding accomplishment through the coordination of many individual efforts which have contributed substantially to NASA’s mission.
George and Kevin worked in coordination with USA – United Space Alliance - as part of the Electronic Document Management System Team, which showed exemplary leadership in improving data management and operations for the International Space Station Program at the Johnson Space Center.
Throughout the relationship with USA and NASA Prodagio has been recognized as a outstanding supplier, including multiple nominations as well as a “Supplier of the Year” achievement award in 2004.
NASA’s prestigious honor awards – such as the Group Achievement Award - are approved by the Administrator and presented to a number of carefully selected individuals and groups of individuals, both Government and non-Government, who have distinguished themselves by making outstanding contributions to the Agency’s mission. The Chair of the Incentive Awards Board (IAB) annually requests nominations for the various NASA honor awards. After a rigorous review, the IAB forwards their recommendations to the Administrator for approval. NASA medals and/or certificates are, subsequently, presented to the award recipients by the Agency’s highest officials at the annual awards ceremonies held at NASA Headquarters and each NASA Center.
Prodagio Software would like to recognize both George and Kevin for their hard work and dedication and is honored to have two of their employees awarded such a prestigious award.
