Since founding Imagitek in 1997, Mara’s leadership and vision have positioned Imagitek as a world-class company with an international base of Fortune 1000 clients. As a visionary with regard to driving strategic customer value, Mara introduced the first “Off the Shelf” business application suite on the Documentum platform. Favorably positioned by clients and industry analysts, the Prodagio Business Suite provides the cornerstone for the continued growth and development of the company. Mara held sales and management positions with IBM and Xerox prior to founding Imagitek.


George Sofka,
Vice President, Product Development
George Sofka has a major role in the direction of Imagitek’s technology strategy and in the evolution and advancement of Imagitek’s products and services. George co-founded Imagitek in 1997 with a vision of bringing world-class business solutions to the global market. He has been involved with leading-edge technology solutions for more than 25 years, building the customer relationships and information technology capabilities that have become a significant Imagitek competitive differentiator.


Herb Blatt,
Director, Prodagio AP Product Group
Herb is responsible for the award-winning flagship Prodagio AP Core Product Group. Through Herb’s technological leadership, Imagitek continues to drive customer value by delivering state of the art, feature- rich capabilities into the core application. Herb’s extensive business process automation background and expertise in the design of distributed enterprise applications has helped to propel Prodagio as an acclaimed market brand. Herb holds a BS and MS in Chemistry from the University of Houston.


Fabrice Buron,
Executive Director, Sales and Marketing
Fabrice leads Sales and Marketing for Imagitek. Fabrice brings expertise in international marketing and sales, having held sales and management positions in Europe for global technology companies. Fabrice holds a Master’s in Management from Marseille Graduate School of Management (France).


Michael Hasik,
Solutions Director
Michael leads efforts at Imagitek to develop and deliver industry leading business applications that meet the unique requirements of its clients. Michael brings more than 15 years of domain expertise around business applications and financial controls, with a focus on back office or shared services functions. These include accounts payable and receivable; contracting and procurement; human resources and payroll; and operations support services. Michael holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and History from Duke University, and an MBA from Washington University in St Louis. Michael is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Six Sigma Black Belt.


Linda Knapp,
Director, Business Operations
As Director of Business Operations, Linda is responsible for oversight and management of all business operation's fulfillment activities. Linda's strong operational accounting and management background has provided a cornerstone for the strategic growth of the company. Linda has been a board member over the last several years for Friends of the Bay Area Turning Point, a Women's Shelter and is now an active volunteer for several local charitable organizations.


Michael Palmer,
Chief Architect
Mike Palmer has held technology positions at Imagitek since its earliest days. Mike provided the key architectural leadership that set the foundation for scalability of the Prodagio platform. This early insight and focus on adaptability of our strategic framework enabled Prodagio's early market acceptance across a breadth of mission critical business areas. Mike is a veteran programmer and web developer, cutting his teeth on C and C++ before moving on to Java and Ruby. Mike thinks he’s a native Texan, and likes to cook chili in his spare time.


John Penrod,
Director, Professional Services
John provides the strategic management of the Imagitek project delivery and customer support organizations. His twenty years of experience have provided a critical foundation to build core business processes that will facilitate Imagitek’s accelerated growth while focusing on customer service and satisfaction. Prior to joining Imagitek, John was responsible for delivering complex projects for Ford Motor, BP, Deloitte, Dynegy and many others. In his spare time, John is an active member and committee volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo—the largest event of its kind in the world.


Peter Stevens,
Director, Product Marketing
Peter brings a wealth of experience in growing business through a delicate balance of strategy, marketing, innovation, and hard charging execution. In his 20-year career, he has successfully launched and grown numerous products, brands and businesses. With an MBA in Statistics and Marketing from the University of Chicago, Stevens brings a keen marketing mind and a quantitative backed approach to drive results. Most recently he has held executive marketing positions at Travelocity, Sabre and Alibre.
