Mara held sales and management positions with IBM and Xerox prior to founding Prodagio.

Herb is responsible for the award-winning flagship Prodagio AP Core Product Group. Through Herb’s technological leadership, Prodagio continues to drive customer value by delivering state of the art, feature- rich capabilities into the core application. Herb’s extensive business process automation background and expertise in the design of distributed enterprise applications has helped to propel Prodagio as an acclaimed market brand. Herb holds a BS and MS in Chemistry from the University of Houston.
Fabrice Buron,
Executive Director, Sales and Marketing
Fabrice leads Sales and Marketing for Prodagio. Fabrice’s background brings industry & domain expertise in the P2P, CLM and EIPP spaces for international marketing and sales, having held sales and management positions in the US and Europe for global software and technology companies. Fabrice’s leadership is to focus on delivering unique client business value by solving their mission critical problems, enabling CIP and transformation that provides immediate and lasting financial return. Fabrice holds a Master’s in Management from Marseille Graduate School of Management.
Linda Knapp,
Director, Business Operations
As Director of Business Operations, Linda is responsible for oversight and management of all business operation's fulfillment activities. Linda's strong operational accounting and management background has provided a cornerstone for the strategic growth of the company. Linda has been a board member over the last several years for Friends of the Bay Area Turning Point, a Women's Shelter and is now an active volunteer for several local charitable organizations.
Michael Palmer,

Mike Palmer has held technology positions at Prodagio since its earliest days. Mike provided the key architectural leadership that set the foundation for scalability of the Prodagio platform. This early insight and focus on adaptability of our strategic framework enabled Prodagio's early market acceptance across a breadth of mission critical business areas. Mike is the technical visionary behind Prodagio’s driving mission of transforming financial operations.
George Sofka,

George Sofka has a major role in the direction of Prodagio’s technology strategy and in the evolution and advancement of Prodagio’s products and services. George co-founded Prodagio in 1997 with a vision of bringing world-class business solutions to the global market. He has been involved with leading-edge technology solutions for more than 25 years, building the customer relationships and information technology capabilities that have become a significant Prodagio competitive differentiator.
Peter Stevens,
Director, Marketing and Product
Peter runs Marketing, Product Marketing and Business Development at Prodagio. He brings a wealth of experience in growing business through a delicate balance of strategy, marketing, innovation, and hard charging execution. In his 20-year career, he has successfully launched and grown numerous products, brands and businesses. With an MBA in Statistics and Marketing from the University of Chicago, Peter brings a keen marketing mind and a quantitative backed approach to drive results. Most recently he has held executive marketing positions at Travelocity, Sabre and Alibre.
